From Conversation to Launch
A straightforward process that gets your business online without the runaround. Here's exactly what to expect.
Discovery Call
We hop on a call (or exchange emails if you prefer) to talk about your business, your goals, and what you need from your website. What do you do? Who are your customers? What should the website accomplish? This is a no-pressure conversation — I'll ask questions, listen, and figure out the best approach for your project.
Deliverables
- Clear project scope and page list
- Design direction and style preferences
- Timeline estimate and next steps
Design & Build
I design and build your custom website based on everything we discussed. This is where the magic happens — colors, layout, typography, and functionality all come together. You'll get a preview link to see the work in progress and provide feedback along the way. I build everything mobile-first, so it looks great on phones before scaling up to desktops.
Deliverables
- Custom website design and development
- Mobile-responsive layouts
- Midpoint review and feedback check-in
Review & Revise
You review the finished website and tell me what you'd like adjusted. One full round of revisions is included — we'll dial in the colors, fine-tune the copy, swap images, and make sure everything is exactly how you want it. Most clients only need minor tweaks at this stage since we've been communicating throughout.
Deliverables
- Complete website for your review
- One full round of revisions included
- Final polish and pre-launch checklist
Launch & Support
Once you're happy with everything, your site goes live. I handle all the technical details — domain connection, hosting configuration, SSL certificate, and DNS setup. After launch, you get 30 days of post-launch support for any questions, tweaks, or updates you need. Your site is live, fast, and ready to bring in new customers.
Deliverables
- Website published to your domain
- SSL certificate and security setup
- 30 days of post-launch support
Your Role in the Process
Building a great website is a collaboration. Here's what I'll need from you to keep things moving smoothly.
Provide Content & Images
Your own photos, logo, and business info make the site feel authentic. If you don't have these yet, I can help source quality alternatives.
Give Timely Feedback
Quick responses during the review stage keep the project on track. Most feedback rounds take 30 minutes or less on your end.
Respect the Timeline
The 2-week timeline assumes prompt communication and content delivery. Delays on either side can push the launch date.
Be Honest & Direct
If something doesn't feel right, say so. The revision round is there for a reason — your website should look exactly how you want it.
